There are many ways of giving to South Indian Outreach.  Each area of support has great needs to be met.

Every month individuals, churches, and businesses contribute to the general expenses of SIO.  There are no lavish salaries for the directors, no overhead state-side expenses, and no wasteful spending.  Every dollar is used for one of the ministries you see outlined here.  A monthly general gift does so much for SIO.  These funds build churches, pay pastors, remodle buildings, sponsor students, and more.

• A monthly gift of $10, $25, or $50 makes a great difference.
  

A new avenue of giving is to sponsor a resident of the Open Arms Crisis Center.

• For $50/month you provide lodging, meals, clothing, skills training, life issue counseling, and spiritual opportunity for the resident.

What could be more rewarding than giving a focused opportunity to a person in need? You can make a monthly pledge of any amount toward this area of ministry.

The average yearly wage for a worker in India is $480.  Many pastors in India live at this same level.  Their churches can not support them at even this level, so the Pastor must find employment to help his family survive.  South India Outreach would like to sponsor each of their pastors.  This would enable them to devote their full time to ministry.

• $75 per month will clothe, feed, and shelter a pastor's entire family 
  
• $75 will buy them a bike 
  
• $12,000 will build a church
  
• $3000 will plant a church and pay its expenses for 2 years

In America we spend $9800 per public school student.  Of what value are the students in India?

• With SIO and Grace School you can sponsor a student for $100 per year

That includes tuition, books, and uniforms.  It also enables SIO to invest in raising the salaries and qualification of the teachers.  If 100 people would each sponsor a student, the schools would be filled to capacity.  The education level could be raised.
